Families for Children International
Families for Children International was developed to provide loving care in a family setting for orphaned, abandoned and destitute children in developing countries. Funds from the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation were sent in 2004 to build a well and water tank in a Ghana village community of homes.

HART Medical Mission
In Ghana, West Africa, villagers suffer from the Buruli Ulcer, a disease similar to leprosy that twists, maims, and destroys the limbs of its victims. HART (Humanitarian Aid Relief Team) is working with a Ghanaian humanitarian group to eradicate the effects of this disease that has left many children scarred and limbless for life. In early 2000, the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation donated funds to HART to purchase surgical equipment and a van in Ghana. The HART team performed seventy-five surgical procedures on patients with the skin ravaging disease during a trip to Ghana from January 22 to February 4, 2000.
International Volunteers in Urology
The Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation made a donation in December 2006 to International Volunteers in Urology to purchase equipment and supplies that will be used for a pediatric trip to Ghana. These teams treat the urological diseases and deformities suffered by children in underprivileged regions.
