Our History
Becoming a Force for Good
How a single phrase grew into a global movement.
In his 1993 convention speech, co-founder Blake Roney shared a bold vision: that Nu Skin could be more than an industry leader — it could improve lives throughout the world. He distilled the company's values into a single phrase: "a force for good."
From an idea to a global foundation
That idea soon grew into an official initiative — the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation. From modest beginnings, it has become a robust 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States, providing grants to charity partners that benefit children in more than 50 countries.
What we do
Our initiatives reach children and families around the world: lifesaving heart surgeries for children born with congenital heart disease in China, smile-restoring cleft care across the United States and Latin America, and sustainable futures for families in Africa through farming, clean water, and scholarships. We also help children access quality education, support organizations promoting health and opportunity for children, and protect fragile island environments for the indigenous communities who depend on them. But our work doesn't stop there — we're always looking for meaningful ways to grow our global force for good.
